What could this be?

Have had a pain on my left side on an off for the past 2 weeks
ovary kind of area, I can only describe it as a kind of pulling pain, I thought it might just be weird period pains a first but that's been and gone and the pain is still there?
I'm too scared to google it!

Also I'm on the pill so don't think it's pregnancy (and have had my period)

Sorry, no idea. I would probably go to see GP if its in that area. You haven't pulled a muscle have you? Also, sounds strange, but if you have back pain you can sometimes get "referred" pain down your side.
