Been to see a rheumatologist and over the moon he's told me my joints are fine! No arthritis, however he has told me I have enthesopathy which is linked to psoriasis. Does anyone have this? How do you get on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have this, not linked to any other disorder. I have had multiple sites of enthesopathy, managed to a degree by industrial strength anti inflammatories, rest, ice, heat, physio and hydrotherapy.

Thanks puzzle, never heard of it before the rheumatologist diagnosed me. Felt relieved its not arthritis but still in quite a bit of pain with it. Feel like a cripple first thing in the morning!
