I've had a sore shoulder for about a week. Especially when I lie on it in bed.
It feels like tissue pain and is only sore when I move it behind me (eg to put on my seat belt) or up (to reach things from cupboards) or when lying on it in bed.
It's not sore the rest of the time.
Who do I see about it? Would a physio be the right person? Or is that too much for a sore shoulder.....
I've left it a week and it hasn't gone away by itself.....
