I have had this in both shoulders ,one recently .
I have to have major surgery in summer and I'm worried about the stay in hospital and impact on my general mobility and that this may make one or both shoulders freeze again .
I really don't think I could cope with recovery and frozen shoulder .
Any advice or experience ?
