Can iron tablets make your urine and poo smell more different?

Main side effect is they turn your stools black. As for the smell shit stinks either way doesn't it?

Yup. My 2 year olds poo's changed colour, black and smelt different.
All worth it though. He's fine now.

Try a natural version like spar tone I found I got on with it much better.
