Hypnotism

I wasnt sure where to put this so Ill give it a go here. Has anyone here or their DH had experience of hypnotism helping erection problems .
Long story short my Dh started having problems about 3 years ago. Went to gp who did tests and prescribed Viagra. That didnt work just made him hot and flustered. We moved house and he went to a different gp and it turned out he needed a quadrupel heart bypass . The Viagra could have killed him Shock. Anyway hes all healed now but still has problems. Weve talked loads about it and hes assured me its not me Smile. His gp says his body is fixed and its all in his mind. Would hypnotism help ?

I would recommend giving it a try. I had hypnosis therapy to stop biting my nails and it worked instantly. I had three sessions at £60 a session. I have no idea if hypnosis would definitely work for your DH but if he is open to trying it to help then it probably will.

I think he would try anything right now to be honest. An aunt of mine had it to stop smoking and it worked for her. How do we go about finding one though? Ive had acupuncture before but their all over the high road these days. Just worried about all the dodgy types we might find in the paper !

I looked online for hypnosis therapy near where i live. Read their website and reviews but also phone and chat with the person first. With hypnosis you have to open up fairly quickly so need to feel you can trust the person.

My hypnosis therapist said most people only need between 3 & 6 sessions, anyone needing more either has a lot more issues or isnt fully committed to it for it to work. I was very sceptical but wanted to try it as nothing else had worked.

You could try your gp practice to see if they recommend anyone.

I shall have another chat with DH and see what he says about the suggestion.
