pins and needles

hi, have pins and needles in my hands and feet, worse after sleeping but happening all the time now! any ideas anybody?

b12 deficiency I had that esp on waking You might need a blood test. Any other symptoms?

it leaves my hands a bit stiff and sore noddy but not too bad, i am always knackered, but do have 3 kids :)

I was sooooo knackered
