Dermatologist - acne at 20

I am looking for an excellent private dermatologist, ideally in Oxford or London

My niece developed terrible acne age 20. I remember the same from my student days and how it brought me down so would like to help

Someone thorough who would look at diet, hormone levels, the works rather than just send her home with a generic prescription.

The college GP is of the paracetamol and plaster variety and out of term time she is overseas with her mother
