I have been going to one for about a month now, I go twice a week.
He told me to get a disc with my mri scan on which was done in 2010 when I was in hospital. We looked through it and my notes the other day and he was quite shocked at the damage to my back. I have herniated discs at L5 and S1 which are pressing onto my spinal cord. I also have dehydrated discs further up and also some stenosis in my cervical spine.
I am not to bend at all or pick anything up!
I am naturally quite worried and am wondering if anyone else has similar problems?
