Trapped wind & tiredness?!

I get trapped wind on and off. When I get it I bloat, get abdominal pain & back ache and feel sick, it goes on for about a week or so. Most of the time I feel quite tired and look pale... Does anyone have similar symptoms ... Could it be a food intolerance?

Could be IBS? Can be caused by dairy or gluten intolerance.

How did you get in at drs today ?
I had this for over a week, felt bloated, tightness and pains, aswell as nausea, wind pain was awful, I just rode it out with some wind-eeze and a peppermint tablet advised by the chemist, should really have gone to drs, but it settled down. Wasn't very nice though.
