Psoriasis help

I have developed red spots all over my body, including big lumps on my fave a pond a rash like redness on my scalp and forehead. Think it's guttate psoriasis. Am so miserable and depressed about it! Especially as we go abroad for the first time ever in may and I now look like wearing leggings and long sleeved tops the whole week,
Anyone had this or can advise? Please Sad

I would go to the gp and see what they can prescribe you, I know how you feel sadly :( use plenty of moisturiser in the mean time but tbh the only thing that helps calm mine down a bit is sun exposure

Go to your GP get some antibiotics in case you are harbouring strep in your throat, ask him for some diprobase and diprosalic ointment and to be referred for UV treatment. This normally works pretty well and hopefully by May you'll be better. Sun exposure helps alot, so it would be good if your trip is somewhere warm Smile
