been in hosp for 4 weeks has 2 catherters and still cant wee on my own help ?

It is rare for woman to go into retention. Have you been tested for urine infection? Have they offered you an antispasmodic? Referral to urology?

tell nurses how worried you are and ask if you can speak to consultant to explain why it's still a problem .

don't be fobbed off - you're in hospital ,you shouldn't need to be asking on line for advice .
