what the hell is wrong with me plz advise

Ok sorry this may be long!
Since xmas be urinating frequently blood test showed high kidney function had scan and urine test both clear.
However I've now started spotting slightly between my period (just this month and only noticeable when I wipe after a wee). I've also had awful back pain at night for last two months and when I wake in the morning that is very painful and wakes me from sleep.
Pain in my stomach when I urinate when I have full bladder and when I sit down I have very uncomfy feeling almost like when you don't insert a tampon properly iykwim.

Am very tired and very irritable. Thyroid has been checked and is fine .

I was convinced it must be a kidney infection type thing but urine test and kidney scan said not, and now with the spotting I'm confused!

Sounds like an ovarian cyst to me, those are exactly my symptoms when I have my (frequent, not dangerous but annoying) cysts.
You can get your GP to refer you to your local acute gynae/early pregnancy unit at the hospital.
Actually, is there any chance you could be pregnant?

Thanks taking, I had cysts when I was about 14 yrs old but don't really remember how I felt then. No chance of pregnancy am abstaining until Dh has vasectomy!

Also have this heavy dragging tender feeling in pelvis very hard to describe but uncomfortable

I think it's something gynaelogical. Could you go to A&E today if it's very bad?

I think prob is too now since the spotting. Am not in lots of pain, I seem to get twinges throghout the day that make me ache a bit but its more a constant dragging feeling. I'll prob get into see gp first thing tomoz

Yes do, and don't be fobbed off. I would insist on a smear & a scan. Best of luck, keep a hot water bottle on standby for now x
