I'm a bit worried

I have various problems which normally affect my legs, I have strange sensations of burning, cold and tingling in my legs (which feels like goosebumps) the other day I was walking along and my left foot went numb and was getting sharp pains in my legs.
Anyway I work part time on a checkout, just 11 hours a week and I have noticed the last few days while giving people change I'm finding it difficult to pick the coins up out of my till, it's like I can't grip properly with my fingers.
I am a bit worried, I can't get an appointment at the doctors until next friday. I had an MRI 3 years ago and have requested copies of the scans so I can show my chiropractor.
Of course I had to google it and all I can find are references to MS.

I have been tested for MS in the past as I have been showing symptoms before but nothing showed up although I was told that I might get MS in the future :(

oh, why do these things always happen on a friday - insist on an appointment, you don't want to be worrying until next friday. Could it be a posture thing? sat in the checkout?

I'm not sure, I worked there over christmas as a temp and even doing 12 hr shifts every day for 2 weeks didn't cause this to happen :(
