I sprained my ankle and can't walk on it atall! It's really painful and I've got very strong painkillers which are making me constipated (sorry if too much info) I've already put on about 3 or 4 pounds but some of that may be because I can't go to the toilet properly!
My leg that I can't use feels like jelly and my belly does too

Any tips on what I can do to not put on more weight while my leg is bad?
I'm thinking about eating bran flakes and soup until I'm better
