Good day all! Does anyone have any advise on how to lighten or cure a post nasal drip! I am 14 weeks pregnant and its so bad that my stomach is starting to burn!

Same with any nasal problems, irrigation. Try Sterimar sprays from Boots or buy isotonic packs which you mix with water which you get from the USA (ebay) for a warm water irrigation. I dont think you can cure it.

If you have nasal problems (pre preg) then sadly these get worse with pregnancy and I had opposite problem I had pregnancy rhinitis and my nose was constantly blocked. I had to revert to nasal sprays from the GP as I was so desperate.

Avoid any spicy foods or anything that has an effect on the tissues like perfumes, household cleaning stuff or anything thats strong. I personlly ignore anything about dairy products (as its not been scientifically proved) but watch for too much sugar or carbs. I also found anti acids -Gaviscon - is worth thinking about as there is evidence that acid irritates the nasal passages and with pregnancy there is more acid. (I lived on the stuff on both pregnancies) Which will include not eating too late in the evening or over-rich diet.

I know the feeling, its awful, since DS2 my problems have got worse.

I think there is a connection between post nasal drip and acid reflux/heartburn ,so I think you should check that possibility out .
And see what you can take for heartburn .

A sinus washout. You can get a netipot, or I ordered a bottle thingy from Amazon. You get little saline sachets to mix with previously boiled water. Do it each morning and then before bed.
