I remember DS1 having this at a similar age. Was very worried, called HV and made the mistake of googling the symptoms... not necessarily in that order!Turned out to be nothing and he was pooing normally again within a couple of days. HV thought just a odd bug as no D or V...no other symptoms at all tbh. So not massively helpful but just don't worry for a couple of days at least.
HTH :-)

Could she have eaten anything odd - chalk, white playdoh etc. I remember absolutely panicking when ds had bright red poo, I thought he had some horrible internal bleeding until I realised that he had had tomato soup for the first time the previous evening!

May sound silly but could it be the barrier cream if you have been use any just coming away on the poo?

I remember my sister doing white poo's and my parents being really worried. It turned out, it was because of the yogurts she was eating.
