I have been known to be a bit of a hypercondriac because of my anxiety so DP isn't really concerned but I am terrified.

On Friday I had a funny turn. I was at work and the room started spinning and I felt confused. I felt like I wasn't really there.

I went to a walk in centre who said I have very low blood pressure and if I have another 'turn' go to A&e. I am taking propanalol for anxiety and they said it could be to blame. (i have been taking it a while and never had this)

I stayed at home yesterday and felt very dizzy all day. I have been lying down most of the time because it makes me feel sick standing up. I feel like my head is about to explode and my chest hurts with palpitations.

The weirdest thing I'm experiencing is hallucinations. I think I am somewhere else or talking to someone but then I'll 'snap' out of it and I'm just lying in bed.

Has anyone else had this? Is it worth going to A&e or waiting for GP to open tomorrow?

I'd go to A&E.

I think it needs checking out today. OOH more suitable than A and E.

The walk in centre said go to A&E if you have another turn. Sounds like you're having another turn. So go to A&E.

I shall see what Ooh service we have here and try that.

Thank you for your quick replies. I have a habit of reading far too much into things so I never know when to be concerned or to put it down to me being silly.

Visit your gp tomorrow and tell him what has happened to you, it could be the drugs you are taking but also vertigo or some other problem with your balance that can be easily fixed.all the best!

I have called my ooh service and they are calling me back soon.

Thank you for the advice. I just hope it's something of nothing.
