Stopping Smoking

Day 1 and could really do with some support to stick to it! Any one else stopping it stopped recently?
I'm very ?? already and have raided the biscuit cupboard

Yay, well done, one day at a time I think. I`m over a month in, stopped with Champix, what are you using? Willpower ?!

I am proudly the size now of a small whale, I have snacked constantly and I have been sucking mints constantly, but they say its worth it

Thanks i could well put on a few pounds but rather that than continuing to smoke.

I'm on patches. Tried champix but it didn't agree with me which is a shame as i know lots of people who have stopped with them.
