Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
I'm in hospital and having injections of methotrexate (50mg) on alternate days. So far I haven't had any of the side effects that I was warned about (mouth ulcers, itchy eyes, nausea) but I have the most awful pounding headache.
The consultant (the expert in a very specialist field) says that headaches aren't a known side effect of the treatment but Dr Google seems to suggest otherwise. He's very reluctant for me to take anything for it (says it could even be counter-productive and my body could have a rebound effect), although thankfully the nurses are a bit more free and easy with handing out paracetamol.
