ds fell out of cot today

ds climbed out of his cot todayh is 10mths and the cot was on the lowest setting. he landed on his back on the floor and only cries for a ltlle while. he ate his tea fine and seemed normal. should i be worried?

e drilled new holes in the cot to make it go lower.

If he seems okay now, I wouldn't be worried.

DS found out he could climb out of his cot at 13 months and after landing on his head twice, I decided to change the cot to a bed for his own sake. We used a bedrail and he was fine.

or if no space for / you think he's not ready for a big bed yet, perhaps just take the side right off the cot (and use a bedguard) so at least he'd have less far to fall.
