What is this pain?

Firstly, apologies for a bit too much information. But I've been having ishoos with my bowel movements and thought I had a blockage. Went to GP last week and she said I had a pile so have some cream to use. Last night Everytime I turned in bed I woke up due to pain where I presume my coccyx is. It feels like it is bruised.

What could this pain be? It's constant but when I move the pain increases. It came on suddenly. Do you think it is related to the pile? There is no pain where the pile is. It's very odd.

It could very well be from strain. If it doesn't go within a week go back. It's most like just bruised a bit inside

Thanks for your reply. That makes sense, I've been trying not to strain but I guess the area is more sensitive. I've never had this pain before just hope it goes away as quickly as it came on!
