C-section scar....

Had a c-section almost 4 years ago, ha no issues with it a the time
However ever since whenever I need to go to the toilet it aches, not painful as such but more like a mild period pain if that makes sense
It used to be when I needed a number 1 and a number 2 but now it's just when I need a number 2, but even after I've been to the toilet it's still a bit achy
Does anyone else has experience of this?

Hi mine is 14 years old and occasionally aches and sometimes it will sting, but I have had checked and as it is such a major surgery and muscles are cut I think it never feels right, I can stick a pin in certain parts and it is numb. If worried or if is red or raised maybe put your mind at rest as go to docs

It's just r muscles. They never really o back to normal so just like a bit of a strain don't worry. I've ALS had c sec

I think it can become attached (during the healing process) to the tissues directly underneath it - and I can't remember the term for it, but, rolling the scar around is meant to loosen it off and make it feel more comfortable.
You might want to google for julie tupler who talks of tummy strengthening exercises and this might help you too.

Ts adhesions or sumathing. Like scar tissue, I had a lump on mine and was scar tissue and that had same kind of pain
