Umbilical Hernia in adults

My Dh has just been diagnosed with a umbilical Hernia. I thought only babies got them. Iam just curious about what treatment he may receive and how long it might take.

Hello. i have a hernia in my belly button. This was a result of surgery for another condition. I was told it can be left alone unless it starts hurting. hope this helps. x
