i'm sorry you're feeling so rubbish.
with regard to eating- make your plate as colourful as you can, eat a rainbow. then visualise those colours going into your body and nourishing you. Drink loads of water.
Make sure to make time for yourself each day- for me it's a candlelit bath with posh smellies after i have finally got dd to sleep.
be open to new ways of thinking about yourself, challenge negative ideas you may have a habit of believing about yourself.
Exercise is key to wellbeing, it is investment in yourself and releases those feelgood endorphins that have a cumulative effect, helping you sleep and making you see your body in a different light. also if you go to a class or swim at a certain time, it's an opportunity to make connections with potential friends.
when people see you making time for these things, they respect you more because you teach people that you deserve nurturing and they will fall in line with that and agree with you.
finally, and for me this was the key one, know that you are All Right.
