Hi I have had bloating at night on & off for months now, usually gets progressively worse after evening meal & very windy too
I have had an incredibly stressful few weeks & it is getting worse, now every night & discomfort on & off during the day too. I have put weight on & live in jeans so they are not the most comfortable - not sure if this is adding to the problem. Drinking peppermint tea seems to ease the symptoms at night & I take a probiotic. Is there anything else I could try? TIA
