yep all done and dusted nurse ummhed and ahhed over stuff made me worry uneccessarily and made me bleed a lot but in the clear for everything but the smear-still waiting to hear.
Someone here said count to 60 it was more like 45 secs mark so little time out of your life.

I've never had one . When i was pregnant with DD was told i must have one after she was born. Booked in with the midwife last week for baby #2 and it was only then i realised i hadn't had it done.
