I got a bout of diarrhea on the 7th of Jan which lasted two days and subsided. No vomiting or fever. Then the diarrhea returned on the 11th lasted a day and calmed down. But was feeling generally unwell in terms of no appetite and difficulty in digesting food. Then the diarrhea came back on the 25th and has been ongoing ever since. Still no vomiting or fever. Have done stool test and it came back normal, did blood test and it has come back normal as well. But I don't feel normal.. Have lost 3 kg, having severe heartburn, tiredness, muscle twitches when sleeping. Has anyone come across these symptoms before?
