general feeling unwell should i see dr?

Hi I'm asking here as I don't want to waste Dr time so though is get some opinions first.
For about the past 3 weeks I keep feeling unwell it lasts for a day or two then goes for 2/3days and then comes back. The symptoms at aching and pains all over particularly lower back and neck, headach, tiredness and falling asleep all the time, dizzzyness and vauge, feeling hot sweeting or cold and shievering. I can't seem to do anything without feeling exhausted and nearly passed put in work on a dizzy spell.

I felt exactly same for a few weeks and docs said it was viral. Had loads of bloods done and all ok. Other thing that makes me a bit like this is menopause. I'm 46 and have been peri menopause for about six years! Might be worth checking if you are in age range.

As it's being going on for 3 weeks I think I would make an appointment. Hopefully it's viral and nothing more, hope you feel better soon

Foxy go to the doc! I put this off for a few months and finally went the other week they did bloods and my kidney function isn't right so got to have scan, worth getting checked

I phoned out of hours to today as the pain does not seem to be easing. They said on the phone it sounds viral but I got an appointment at 12

Better the pains have eased to not being all over just patchy. I thought I would venture to paper shop at the end of the road and have been paying for it since. My legs in particulate have been killing all day since. My dh has been internet serchinh ( which I know isn't good ) and is worried about fibromyalgia now. The Dr wants to do bloods and got to go back next week.
