im on medication which is meant to make your blood more acidic, i also eat a very acidic diet - i have noticed that im a lot more tired, depressed, and my body has become very itchy on a regular basis. im worried my blood has got too acidic. ive read about alkalising your body through trying to eat more fruit and veg - this is a challenge for me, and also i love my caffeine drinks and am trying to cut down. also, im using baking soda a couple of times a day in water. ive just ordered ph strips to check. does anyone know about much about this?
