Hi :)

I've had trouble with my feet for a while but it's come to a head now that they are covered in wounds.

They are always cold and numb 60% of the time. It's been like this for at least a year, I mentioned it to my doctor but it was brushed aside as more serious things were going on.

If I do anything active - walking, even slowly, running, anything at all, my feet fall apart. At the moment I have blisters all over the sole of my feet, and big holes on the back of my feet where the skin has come away leaving a big red wound. I blamed my shoes but I've had my gait tested, and have been wearing the right shoes. I have very flat feet, but the man didn't think this was related.

After going back today, he's advised that I get it checked out, because it looks terrible and happens every time. He's bandaged the back of my feet. My doctor is a bit clueless, though, so I need to suggest possibilities to him.

I'd really appreciate any advice/ideas people have? I hate feet, so looking at them online might make me throw up :(
