White spot on face

I have a white spot on the side of my face which has been there for the past couple of months. It is not like the spots I have had before, in that it is very firm and shows no signs of going away. It is not sore or itchy, just annoying that it is there. Not sure whether to go to the doctor with something so trivial?

Is it like a milk spot? Leave it be, it's not harmful. Just exfoliate the area if you must and please don't squeeze it or use a pin to get it out. It'll get infected if you do.

Does sound like a milk spot/millia. Is it like a small waxy white lump? I get these occasionally. If you tried to squeeze it nothing would happen like it would with a spot with a white head on it. However, my dermatologist told me that I could just break the skin with a sterile pin or needle and gently squeeze out the white waxy lump. I generally do this whenever I get one and I've never had one become infected.

I get the same.

Yes it's. milia. A milk spot. I'm a beauty therapist &!remove these all the time. I pierce the mila with a sterilized needle then gently squeeze. W white worm comes out. It then bleeds a little. I put antiseptic cream on it afterwards.
