Irritability and perimenopause

I feel irritable all the fecking time. I really think it's hormonal and all the various changes my body is going through. Periods all over the place.

Anyone take anything natural that I might consider? Just to smooth out the edges (and make me a nicer person to live with!)

Thanks a lot

Starflower and multi vitamins help me. I'm only irritable pre AF though. Sorry to hear you're suffering all the time. Have you been to the GP to rule out anything else?

What's your diet like? Do you exercise?

A long holiday on a beach is apparently very good although I have yet to try it out.

Failing that, I find a multivitamin with minerals quite helpful, coupled with a massage as often as I can afford it.

Yoga can help too. I use the Yoga for Dummies dvd, very easy to follow.
