after 2 kids, is this normal or do i need to seriously do move pelvic floors???

I don't wee when I sneeze and I've had two kids.

Being sick is another matter, though. I have to sit on the loo and throw up in the sink.

I too wee sometimes if I sneeze violently, this is due to my weakened pelvic floor after the birth of DS. I had to wear incontinence pads for a month after he was born and still kept having accidents for a year after
