What is wrong with me? Help please- in pain!

I have had horrible back ache for days- a week I would say; its the bottom of my rib cage- both sides and my pelvic bones both sides.
I have had stomach cramps- like trapped wind since last night and one bout of diarrhoea this morning.
Before this I had ovary pain and kept thinking I was going to come on but I haven't.

I can't get an emergency doctors app until Thursday.
I'm miserable and google is useless!
Help please, I thought possibly a kidney infection but no stinging when urinating its not cloudy nor bloody.

I will see the doctor or go to to A&E if my symptoms worsening and I know no one is a doctor etc but does anyone have any ideas?

Also have a mucus cough but intermittent- more like clearing my throat and random boob pain.

Why not call NHS Direct and see what they think. Alternatively just go to A&E...it could be any number of things including kidney stone, gall stone, perforated ulcer (I'm not a doctor though)...

Was told to see my GP which I'm doing on Thurs anyhow.
I just don't know what's wrong, normally I have a pretty good idea but I'm stumped. Feels like a kidney infection but the spasm or cramp I get goes from under my boobs to my stomach.
Glands are all up, could just be a virus but that doesn't explain the back pain. Argh!
