Oh how embarrassing... How shallow I am!

Oh the shame of it - I've done something horrific to my back, only last night - literally cannot move, lying in bed whimpering -dd (12) had to put me to bed.. Dh is away til late tonight, my sisters kids have the vomiting bug and my parents are on holiday.. DH's best friend is a very smooth, dishy back specialist and I can just see how today is going to pan out..
DH going to make him fit me in to his clinic list and I'm going to turn up with monstrously hairy legs, really scabby feet (toenails generally red so without nail varnish are an attractive shade of yellow),
Obviously It's all dh's fault for having been away so was in the middle of sorting myself out - but am at the deconstructed stage - and am now going to have to parade my wares in front of the handsome best friend Blush
What would you do - and I know he's a dr, and will have seen it all before, but we then have to hang out with him and his glam wife afterwards...
I'm drawing the line at asking dds to shave my legs before they go to school - that's presuming I can get them to school.. Taxi, [hitch hiking].....

Honestly? I'd stop worrying if it's as painful as it sounds and trust he is a professional.
Alternatley, you could see if there is a mobile beautifican with an available slot this morning.
Get well soon.

It's at the top of my shame list but bottom of my worrying list, after trying to pretend that it's fine as dd1 has bIg exams today, that she has been working really hard for and I don't want to throw her by howling every time I move - might even have to wake her up by face timing her - if her iPod has any charge.. As I'm not sure I can get out of bed without someone else here...

That sounds grim. Do you have a bag of frozen peas and some anti inflammatories in the house. Both will help.

Yup, all downstairs.....
Once I wake up the dds, they can get me both, but just trying to let oldest one get as much sleep as possible before exams today - and dont really want the smaller one rummaging in the medicine box! Thanks for suggestions though
