I'm 40 and I've just started checking my breasts for lumps and changes etc. But even though I've seen how you should examine them on tv,magazines and Internet, I would feel more confident about doing it myself if a doctor or nurse checked them first. Do GP's offer routine breast examinations to women of a certain age?
