I am relieved in a way but also nervous. I am off with post viral fatigue. I have no experience with OH. I am a teacher of a practical subject in a difficult school and am terrified of having to be at work sick. Anyone have any idea what will happen?

DH was referred to occupational health when he was suffering from stress and depression last year. From what I can gather she interviewed him, found out what caused his stress etc. She made recommendations to the company on how to make the work place less stressful for him. This included registering him as disabled. This meant he could take time off for therapy. He worked a long way so this meant he worked from home those days. Arranging courses for him to help manage stress ie time management and just generally making recommendations to make life easier for him.

Not sure how it would work with a physical sickness.
