I'm thinking of having myself tested for parathyroid problems privately. Can anyone advise how I might go about doing it?
My GP did a blood test for calcium levels and they came back normal. My vitamin D level was 50. I have some of the symptoms of parathyroid problems but my GP sees no reason for further tests, and I can see why he thinks this.
