right side abdo pain?

Hello..i have right lower abdo pain. Im about ten days into my cycle and have some spotting. The pain is stabbing and also shooting into my leg and back. Any ideas what it could be?

The pain started a few days ago. I havent felt great since but no temp no sickness. Slight nausea but im not off my food. The pain is really stabbing/ niggling and worse if i do anything so im not moving much! I have had unprotected sex so maybe its an infection?
