Loss of Concentration

I have been having difficulty concentrating at work. Any ideas regarding solutions.

Do you think the causes are medical or job-related?

I'm no medical expert but the physical causes of this could range from dehydration and stress to something more serious.

Or, if it's work-related, are you bored? Is the job not challenging enough? Or have you been in it too long. Or perhaps it's just not the job for you?

Very difficult to judge without more info. Sorry you are experiencing this though.

Hard to say but I enjoy the job and bits of it are repetitive but plenty of new challenges.

Suggest getting checked out at doc's to rule out physical causes???
