Advice on soothing/curing thrush? (poss tmi)

I haven't had proper thrush for years but it started at the weekend so started using cream which has worked on any little hint of thrush previously. Got worse so took oral tablet on Monday. Was really annoying during the night so went to chemist and got a pessary today (would've done Monday but I had my period).

I know how busy GPs and things are during this period so I don't really want to bother them with this if I can help it.

So do you have any advice that might help?

One thing that can help is probiotics. The pessary should really help but you might need the cream to follow up as well. But think of probitics as working from the inside out to rebalance your system! Hope it settles soon.

Put some panty liners in the freezer, it will really help to soothe the, ahem, area.
Keep putting the cream on too.
I hope you feel better soon.
