Have a fab new juicer and juicing book for Christmas. I'm quite a hypochondriac and want to do my best to avoid ill health. What are people's thoughts?

As in the juicing diet?

Mylittlepuds · 26/12/2012 21:24

Hi. As in just juicing generally - not to lose weight. Just adding juices to your diet.

I like cucumber, celery and tomato juice. I drink juice most days. I feel good on it and I like the taste. Carrot and apple is a good place to start.

Sounds good Shuckle! How and why did you get into it?

I love carrot juice in the morning. Dead easy, wash and bung carrots in the juicer. That's all.
