My daughter is 2 and has got chicken pox, just as I was planning to run off to womens aid! Well they both have it but eldest has white spots all over tongue; I'd thought it was thrush until I saw the spots on her body. Anyway, jsut wondered if any of you who have had older children with chicken pox, did they have blisters on their tongue and did they bother them?

She keeps spitting food out; she is also dribbling loads but too young to tell me whether her tongue hurts or not

ds2 (aged 4) had 1 chickenpox spot on his tongue a few weeks ago- it was quite big but didn't bother him that much I think he was quite proud of it. It went quickly- faster than the normal ones.
