Help - gushing fluid from every orifice

This am

Hyperhidrosis - sweating so much and so fast I can't see. Sweat splashing through soaked clothes onto the floor as I walk. Can barelt tyoe. Menopause?

Period - getting through a triple super plus and night pad every hour.

Diarrhea - copious, almost entirely liquid

Piles - burst, with a lot of blood

Anal fissure - opened again, also bleeding a bit

Sinusutis - nose pouring, eyes tear-ing, coughing up phlegm and wet from the night

Do I need to rehydrate? The only fluid I'm not producing is urine.

Is there any medical help I could get? I'm exhausted by it, this is every month now.

You need to both rehydrate and see a doctor soon. This is not OK.

I've spent this am on MN and am mightily cheered, hv stopped sweating and am now under throw shivering - all the sweat leaves you FREEZING when it stops.

Could the sweats be hot flushes? It's certainly weird.

You need to make a GP appointment.

You need to be careful if your not weeing, you could develop kidney problems. Drink Dyrolite and call the GP quickly.
