What is it you use on your eyes to give them some relief ..

is it a solution of bicarb? I can't remember .. seem to remember something in water .. thinking salt (but doesn't sound right)

eyes .. itchy / red / waking up gunky .. have got brolene drops over the counter

Got any no-tears kids shampoo?

Minute drop in warm water and use cotton wool.

yes have used cucumber but its too 'zingy' on my eyes at the moment IYKWIM

Yes, to bathe your eyes.

I suffer from blepharitis (infections of eyelashes) and iritis. I have to bathe my eyes daily.

1tsp salt in 1litre water

tears are salty, remember?

Do them like you would a baby, fresh cotton wool for each eye, clean downwards and outwards.

Then, (if cucumber too zingy) try cold, wet teabag on each eye for 20 minutes. About the only decent use I can find for a teabag personally Smile
