Quite big things in my urine

Sorry for the TMI.

I am trying to conceive and this evening took a urine sample for ovulation testing.

I pee into a glass so I can see my urine quite clearly...it was quite dark in colour and there were very big things floating in it. They look like pieces of toilet paper, around the size of 20p pieces. What might they be? I don't feel sick or anything but I do think they look a bit peculiar

Are you sure they weren't pieces, of toilet paper? It can sometimes get a bit lodged up there.

Definitely not toilet paper. What shall I do...phone NHS direct? Or wee again later/tomorrow and see what it's like?

Probably normal, try and keep your urine a straw colour.
