i seem to be incontinent...

i was sterilized 6 years ago and i've since always been "wet" (sorry if too much info!) just on certain weeks of my cycle (about 3rd week). however, i've missed a period and for the last 6/7 weeks i seem to be wet all the time. horrible thing is, my wee stinks of ammonia. anyone know what could be causing this?

I "think" wee that smells of ammonia means that your wee is high in keytones which can mean diabeties

Amonia smell is actually a sign that you probably have a urinary tract infection (peardrops/nail varnish remover is the smell of keytones)
You have a weak pelvic floor, but sounds like you now have a urine infection. Make an appt to see your GP, get a sample sent for infection.
Additionally start religiously doing pelvic floor exercises and ask for a referral to a continance clinic.
In the mean time drink plenty and have cranberry jusice which stops the bacteria from sticking to the wall of the urethra.
