Ok so I'm a total worry wart! I'm 21 good health over all apart from on going cold and slight sinus infection but other night I noticed a wobbly lump just below my cheek bone. Feels like a fatty lump but it's not on the other side. I worry all the time about cancer and put everything down to it always have. I read it could be a salivary gland that's swollen but already read that a tumor can cause this! I know a lot will say go to the doctors but I always expect to hear e worst outcome! Can someone please help me!!!!!
