IN the last 2 years I have started getting really bad vertigo about 4 days before my period and it lasts another 2 days and then stops. This month it has been debilitating tbh I haven't been able to go far. I am 47 but periods still bang on regular and tests about 5 months ago showed no signs of menopause. Does anyone else get this? How do you deal with it. My eyes feels sort of out of focus too
